Hi,  Im ChrisMe and I’m the creater and I’the writer for “How to Deal With Panic Attacks”.  I created this blog to help other’s  suffering  from chronic anxiety know that there is hope, and  that panic attacks can be controlled and eventually stopped all together. 

I experienced my first panic attack shortly after graduating from high school,  and continued battling the disorder off and on for years.  

I found helpful solutions and have been panic free for some time.
